An 8-trustee board — including user representatives and a children's legal counsel — governs the platform. Major decisions require a supermajority. All votes are published annually.
10% of net profit goes to Alder Hey Children's NHS Trust. 5% to Ronald McDonald House Liverpool. 2% to the British Heart Foundation. These are covenanted obligations, not discretionary donations.
